Debra is a Southern California native and has spent the last thirty-seven years, living, working and raising a family here in the South Bay. She graduated with a degree in International Business, which along with her many years of experience has taught her how to navigate and succeed in the highly complex and competitive local real estate market while foremost protecting her clients' interests. Debra a brings a wealth of knowledge on local communities, market conditions and the home buying process. She is residential specialist and knows that buying or selling a home can be one of the most stressful times in anyone's life and you need someone with foresight and experience on your side to support your needs. She will provide expert guidance and assistance for the initial consultation, property prep, showing, negotiating the winning offer and navigating escrow through to closing day. She believes in clear communication, proper planning and building trusted relationships with clients by exceeding expectations. Debra is a long-time, enthusiastic member of the community, participating and organizing many local initiatives both socially and philanthropically. Debra loves her work.
