About Melanie

Melanie was raised in the UK and has been a resident of Malibu for over thirty years. She manages and controls a real estate portfolio including multi tenant office buildings, warehouse facilities, residential rental properties as well as her own personal Airbnb unit. After losing her home in the Woolsey Fire of 2018, she managed the day to day on site process of reconstructing her property. These experiences have helped to develop a diverse and well rounded skill set for all things real estate. Melanie has an unwavering sense of commitment and tenacity to get the job done. She is an active member of the community and in her spare time she can be found on the beach, camera in hand, enjoying the natural beauty Malibu has to offer.
