Andy Stern's Biography Andy became a realtor after enjoying more than two decades of experience as a lawyer, business executive and real estate owner. With a passion for providing the best personal service to every client, Andy is a consistent top producer. As a result, he earned the International President's Elite Award for sales in the top 2% of all Coldwell Banker sales associates internationally. Andy has gained valuable perspective from his years of community service. Andy served on the Malibu City Council for 8 years and was the Mayor of Malibu twice. He has also served on the Malibu Planning Commission and the Los Angeles County Beach Commission. Andy is regularly quoted in local and national news publications. Andy was awarded the 2010 Malibu Citizen of the Year Award.
