Education and Training Carol Vining has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Management from Aurora University, in Aurora, Illinois. Shortly after graduating in June of 2004, Carol earned her Illinois real estate license and has been a full-time Realtor ever since. In 2013 Carol and her husband moved back to the Bay Area from the Chicago suburbs, and became a licensed Realtor in the State of California. Carol had been with Coldwell Banker in Illinois and transferred to the Coldwell Banker Los Gatos office and began working full time with her sister Sondra Hall. Sondra Hall has a Bachelor's Degree from San Jose State University and has worked in Program Management, Quality Control and Customer Service. She also has extensive experience in working and volunteering in the non-profit sector. Sondra became a licensed California Realtor in 2013 and is a long-time resident of the Bay Area with extensive knowledge of the Los Gatos, Saratoga, and San Jose communities. She is excited to be partnering with her sister Carol Vining, who has many years' experience with Coldwell Banker and as a Realtor. They are both graduates of Saratoga High School. Carol married a Naval Aviator and moved several times, ending up in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. She raised her family and attended college, becoming a Realtor in 2005. Carol always dreamed of returning "home" and is now residing in the Willow Glen neighborhood of San Jose. Sondra married her high school sweetheart and raised her family in Felton and the Cambrian area of San Jose. Sondra became a licensed California Realtor in order to work with her sister Carol, pursuing their mutual passion for real estate.
