I became a licensed California Realtor in 2013 and have been a long-time resident of the Bay Area with in-depth knowledge of the Los Gatos, Saratoga, and San Jose communities. Personal Background Sondra (Hall) and Carol (Vining) are sisters who moved with their family from the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois to Saratoga, California in 1968 and were raised in the same home that their parents still live in today. They are both graduates of Saratoga High School. Carol married a Naval Aviator and moved several times, ending up in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. She raised her family and attended college, becoming a Realtor in 2005. Carol always dreamed of returning "home" and is now residing in the Willow Glen neighborhood of San Jose. Sondra received a degree from San Jose State University and married her high school sweetheart. She raised her family in Felton (Santa Cruz County) and the Cambrian area of San Jose. Sondra became a licensed California Realtor in 2013 to work with her sister, Carol, pursuing their mutual passion for real estate.
