I'm Peter Valli and I bring 30 years of luxury lifestyle marketing & photography along with 10 years of real estate investing to my real estate practice. More than anything I love to dream; nothing inspires me more than entering a new space and imagining how to inhabit it. Bringing the dream to life is a skill I've honed over the years. While I like to dream big, more than any one thing I have learned to be realistic. Realistic in my approach, realistic in expectations and realistic in my resources. Knowing the limits is paramount. Sharing what I've learned as a Realtor and investor, good & bad, helps clients identify their strengths and limitations. From building the strongest buyer profile to presenting the most attractive listing, whichever the case, confidently owning your capabilities turns inspiration to action. In my role as a creative I work to the highest standards and look to bring the same ethic to real estate. I take great pride in my project management skills and managing client expectations. Issues arise, being able to skillfully manage both areas lead to effective, equitable and timely resolutions. My favorite part by far is connecting with others and motivating them to act on their dreams. I'm never afraid tell it how I see it.
