Michael Rodrick has closed over fifty million in sales. He began his real estate career in New Jersey selling brownstones and loft condominiums in Hoboken & Jersey City. After a decade of leasing & sales, Rodrick left for the San Fernando Valley, to exclusively pursue multi-family investment sales. In Los Angeles, Rodrick tracked and found the right real estate assets to fulfill his clients' 1031 exchange requirements. By using specialties such as cold calling area sensitive buyers and sellers, sending targeted mass mailers, and calculated follow-up, Rodrick brokered real estate investments to fit perfectly into his buyers' portfolios. As of late, Rodrick has assembled several parcels on behalf of his affordable housing developer clients, who are seeking to build housing for seniors, veterans, and the disabled.
