Maureen Lynch has quickly proven herself to be a rising star at Coldwell Banker, Brentwood. After working with a top producing agent, she was instrumental in the marketing, development, and sales of properties totaling over $16,500,000 in her first year. As soon as she branched off onto her own, Maureen successfully secured and sold a highly sought after single family home listing in Bel Air in record time for $250,000 over the asking price, and most recently spearheaded the design renovation of a 2B | 2B Condominium in Brentwood, achieving a sale in once again over the asking price in just 5 days time. With over 15 years of Marketing/PR and Sales experience, Maureen Lynch has a keen creative sense of what it takes to re-design, market, buy, and sell real estate properties. A true self-starter, Maureen sold her car and bought a one-way ticket to NYC to begin her career in public relations. It was there she successfully created and launched campaigns, brands, and businesses such as: 1stdibs, Architectural Digest's top 100 Architects, and hotels such as: the Jane Hotel, the Bowery Hotel, etc. Born in Los Angeles to two real estate savvy parents, Maureen returned to her family and her native Californian roots, and took her skills and passions to use towards residential and commercial real estate.
