About Mary

Mary Williams is a Westside Los Angeles real estate agent with deep personal and professional roots in the community. She has lived and worked on the Westside since 1976 and brings a long-term, lived-in perspective to Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Westwood, and Century City. Mary is a graduate of Palisades High School and UCLA, where she earned a B.A. in Economics. Mary entered the real estate business in 2020, following a successful 30-year entrepreneurial career as the owner and operator of a wholesale leather distribution company serving interior designers, furniture manufacturers, and fashion brands nationwide. From 1985 to 2015, she built and managed the multi-million-dollar business, overseeing operations, sales, vendor relationships, logistics, and financial management. This experience informs her real estate practice with a strong foundation in negotiation, disciplined execution, and client-focused problem solving. Prior to becoming licensed, Mary also worked in property management and real estate staging, giving her a practical understanding of how presentation, preparation, and strategic positioning directly impact market value. Today, she advises sellers on thoughtful preparation and pricing strategy and helps buyers evaluate both turnkey properties and opportunities with long-term upside. Mary is a Certified Probate and Trust Specialist, providing knowledgeable guidance to families, trustees, and fiduciaries navigating complex real estate transactions that require discretion, organization, and clear communication. Deeply engaged in her community, Mary serves on the Executive Committee of the Century City Chamber of Commerce, is a Board member of St. Matthew’s Parish in Pacific Palisades, and currently serves as President of her homeowners’ association. Her civic involvement reflects a long-standing commitment to leadership, collaboration, and stewardship within the neighborhoods and communities she serves.
