About Andy

Born and raised in Los Angeles, I’m a second-generation Realtor who understands this city inside and out. Real estate has always been more than a job to me. It’s about relationships, reputation, and doing right by the people who trust me. Over the past year and half alone, I’ve closed more than 50 lease transactions, generating over $3 million in rental income for my landlord clients. I take pride in protecting their assets, pricing strategically, and making sure every deal is handled smoothly from start to finish. I’m relationship-driven and I believe the hustle speaks for itself. I work all across Southern California, from Palmdale to San Diego and out to Palm Springs. I go wherever the business takes me because opportunities don’t stay in one zip code. Outside of real estate, I’m also a working film and television actor with strong ties in Hollywood. That network gives me a unique edge and a deep understanding of the entertainment community and the level of service they expect. Most importantly, I’m a proud father of two. When I’m not negotiating deals or showing property, I’m spending time with my kids and building a life they can be proud of.
