About Victoria

I’ve been in the real estate world for over 25 years and officially got my license in 2004. My journey started along the beautiful California coastline, and I’ll always have a special place in my heart for Santa Cruz County, where it all began. Originally from Fresno, I made the move to Santa Cruz in 1999—and while I still love helping clients there, I now get to work with amazing people right here in my local community. Over the years, I’ve built wonderful relationships with fellow Realtors across California—especially through Coldwell Banker—which has made it possible for me to help clients buy or sell homes all over the state (and in some of my favorite places, too!). Real estate has always been a passion of mine. I grew up watching my dad help build homes, and that sparked my love for this industry early on. With a background in marketing, I truly enjoy meeting new clients, hearing their stories, and helping them find the home that fits their next chapter perfectly. For more than 24 years, I was part of a top boutique brokerage, where I learned to adapt and thrive through all kinds of market changes. Real estate is always evolving, and I love finding creative ways to help my clients succeed no matter what the market looks like. Along the way, I’ve been honored to receive several top-producer awards—but the best reward is seeing my clients happy at the end of their journey. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me spending time with my two boys, exploring local events, running, hiking, or hanging out with my animals. I have an adventurous spirit and a big heart for giving back—so I’m always looking for new ways to learn, explore, and make a difference.
