About Peter

Peter Werrenrath has lived in Long Beach, CA, since 1997. Specializing in residential real estate, income properties and rehab investing, Peter has been a professional real estate investor since 1999 and a licensed REALTOR® in the state of California since 2009, helping homeowners, investors and other real estate professionals achieve their individual and professional goals. He developed the SMART Real Estate Investing System to allow anyone to find good real estate investments that meet their financial and personal needs. Prior to working full-time in real estate, Peter spent most of his career in information technology, focused on project management, cost/benefit analysis, and helping businesses find strategic systems solutions to business problems. Peter is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, California Association of REALTORS® Pacific West Association of REALTORS® and the Apartment Association of California Southern Cities The author of the soon to be published Dark Estate series, about a local Long Beach real estate agent caught up in a web of intrigue and danger with a mysterious benefactor where lives are at stake, Peter also writes short stories and memoirs, always with a humorous or ironic twist.
