About Nicole

Nicole Tootill has been passionate about real estate since her High School years growing up in Lakewood, California. Being a second-generation Realtor, She always knew that she wanted to help others and found her true calling in real estate. Nicole’s enthusiastic, can-do attitude and caring nature has been ideal for identifying her clients desires and skillfully guiding them to fulfill their real estate goals. Being awarded a Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society award in 2018 puts her in the top 11% of Coldwell Banker Associates worldwide. Nicole’s effort to enhance the lives of her clients, lead her down the path of becoming the Branch Manager for Coldwell Banker Realty’s Lakewood Office. Her knowledge and skills obtained within her career help thrive those agents to success. Mentoring new agents, Nicole provides a focus on individual attention with an effort to enhance, coach, and provide the knowledge and skills for new agents. Nicole is passionate about sharing and educating agents and is a certified Coldwell Banker STAR Trainer. She educates agents on programs and services that assist agents to produce and grow their business. Nicole’s guidance teaches agents success by mastering the real estate tools and technology needed. Nicole takes pride in giving back to her community and is currently on the Mayfair High Schools Wrestling Booster Club. She is also a participate in Lakewood’s Project Shepard Program. Nicole is married to her high school sweetheart, Derek and have two sons, Thomas and Turner. When she is not in the office, you’ll find her enjoying time with her family and friends or traveling.
