About Jerry

My qualifications are an Environmental Engineer (Purdue University) (Worked in Aerospace for 34 years) and I also have an MBA (Cal State). I concurrently began my Real Estate career in 2004 and when I retired from Corporate America in 2015, I am now doing Real Estate full time. I have represented buyers and sellers over the years and I always focus on making the transaction as smooth as possible. In 2022, I received the Coldwell Banker Realty (International Sterling Society) award for sales. I have experience in selling and buying single family homes, rental income property (duplex) and townhomes/condos. My areas of focus for buying and selling are the Long Beach, Temecula, San Diego and surrounding LA areas. I give all of my clients top service and strive for outstanding feedback during the process and close of escrow.
