About Janie

Hi, I am Janie Sullivan with Coldwell Banker Realty and welcome to my page! I am a Long Beach Native, attending Elementary, Middle and High School here. I am a Graduate of California State University Long Beach where I studied Human Development. It was there that I had my first taste of California Real Estate and immediately began my career as a full-time Realtor in 1989. To say I've seen it all is truly an understatement. I have a passion for working with people as they navigate some of the most important decisions of their lives, equally representing both Home Sellers and Home Buyers along the way. Some of my areas of expertise include Trust Sales, Probate Sales, Corporate Relocation Sales, First Time Homebuyers and Small Income Properties. I have experience with Coldwell Banker's RealVItalize Program. I am known for my follow-up and follow-through and for paying attention to every little detail. I am a natural problem solver and communicator. I am honored to have the trust of my clients and, after three decades, the relationships of a lifetime. In my spare time I enjoy my husband, my two adult daughters, our bossy cat, ballet dancing, and competitive baking at the Orange County Fair.
