Raquel Bennett has spent many years in the local real estate community and now brings that wealth of experience to each transaction she manages. After working as a litigation paralegal in the field of corporate real estate law for more than six years, she began managing one of the largest nationwide REO/asset management companies. In her position, she managed a team of people who worked with contractors to remodel homes, honing her strong negotiation and management skills. Raquel’s experience in updating and remodeling homes to maximize the value and net the highest possible sales price often proves invaluable to her clients looking to build value in their property. In addition, since earning her real estate license in 2003, Raquel has worked in all aspects of the Orange County real estate market: listing and selling homes, aiding buyers in purchasing investment properties, and navigating the tricky waters of short sales and foreclosures. Her ability to adapt to changing market conditions and her hard-working nature have earned her a reputation as an extremely dedicated and successful business professional. A California native who is passionate about the fine homes and neighborhoods for which the area is known, Raquel has resided in San Clemente for over 26 years.
