About Janet

As a Southern California, native, Janet Haigg is continuously inspired by the beauty that the Orange County lifestyle has to offer. Having traveled the world, residing in Italy, Spain and Germany, Janet has a cultural background extending a great understanding for diversity and people's needs. Upon returning to America in 1993, Janet jumped at the opportunity to reside and work in New York. After several years, there, she was drawn back to the beautiful Orange County coastline where she has served the needs of the residents in the same communities she enjoyed as a child for over 17 years. Janet's real estate experience dates back to the year 2000, where she began as an independent real estate agent with Coldwell Banker, a prestigious International Real Estate Company. Janet's passion for improving herself and the experience of her clients led her to work together with the nationwide top producer, Bob Wolff and Harcourts. While most new agents may spend their first few years working only a handful of transactions, Janet's working relationship with Bob saw them successfully close several hundred sales. Her firsthand experience with representing both buyers and sellers in all price ranges, inclusive of the "luxury market" has enabled her to create "clients for life" through the finest of customer service. Janet's expertise has continued to expand along the coastal communities; she is currently affiliated with Coldwell Banker in Laguna Beach. Janet understands that while her experience and knowledge of buying and selling Orange County homes is second-to-none, most importantly is her ability to continually exhibit the empathy needed to fulfill the needs and wants of all the clients and customers with whom she works.
