About Kay

A native Californian, I received my Real Estate license in 1988 and have worked in our Coldwell Banker Realty office on Mount Helix since 1990. I've lived in East San Diego County since 1981 and both of my children were raised here. While I specialize primarily in Mt. Helix, Otay Ranch, La Mesa, Rancho San Diego and El Cajon, I've helped clients find or sell their homes in areas including Alpine, Chula Vista, Lakeside, greater San Diego, and Santee - even as far flung as Ramona, Mount Laguna, Fallbrook and Murrieta! The Military Community is near and dear to my heart and I strive to make my clients' relocation as stress free as possible. Both my brother and son are retired career Military. As an Associate Real Estate Broker, I stay active in our Realtor Association and regularly attend continuing education classes to keep current with ever changing trends, laws and regulations. With the many changes the past few years have brought, negotiation is more important than ever. I promise that I will always represent your best interests! I am active in my community and professional organizations. For many years I served as an officer of a 145 member HOA, giving me invaluable experience and knowledge, along with being a member of the East County Homeless Task Force since 2017, and a long time member of our local Association of Realtors. At the Association of Realtors, I currently serve on the Finance Committee and as Chair of Governmental Affairs, working with other dedicated Realtors to reach out to our local elected representatives to help facilitate changes that impact and protect property rights.
