About Lorraine

As a realtor and a real estate investor herself, Lorraine Andre has an extensive background in real estate. She has helped numerous buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants and negotiated contracts on their behalf since she was licensed in 1997. Lorraine started as a realtor with Coldwell Banker in Mission Viejo, CA and was a consistent top producer earning numerous awards for listings and sales volume including the prestigious International President’s Elite, President’s Circle and President’s Club awards. She was also a past Presidential council member for Coldwell Banker in Orange County, CA. When her family moved to Portland, Oregon she decided to devote her full time raising her daughter before going back to work several years later as a home mortgage consultant in 2013. This gave her the advantage of not only knowing the buying and selling side of real estate but also the financing side of what it takes to close a real estate transaction. Now that Lorraine is back in California, she’s excited to help buyers find their dream home and sellers/real estate investors achieve their real estate goals. Her passion is real estate and one of the most fulfilling aspects of her career is seeing the joy and excitement in her customers’ eyes when she hands them the keys to their new home or in the case of home sellers, when she communicates that it’s a done deal!
