I love real estate and truly believe that it is one of the best investments one can make. Before I entered the industry in 2000, I had purchased my first property -a condo at the beach. I was happy not to be in the rental market anymore but never expected to see it appreciate so quickly. For the first time, I had understood the meaning of being a homeowner and the security it had brought into my life. I decided back then that I wanted to be part of this industry and help others buy their first homes, second homes, investments and beyond. I own and manage a 4 plex now and have had the pleasure of working with so many buyers and sellers throughout San Diego county. The majority of my business has been from referrals, so it is very important to me that my clients are happy with the work I do -I take pride in that!
