Ida Altounian is a listing specialist at Coldwell Banker-La Canada focusing on sales and acquisition of residential properties in Glendale, La Crescenta, La Canada and the valley. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker LCF, Ida worked at Walt Disney Studios and DreamWorks SKG Animation, leading a team of ten as key effects Animator in the completion of eight feature films. Her experience and knowledge from the corporate world proves invaluable in her daily real estate profession. Having an architect father and a brother in Commercial Real Estate, Ida inherited an early exposure to real estate and developed a keen aptitude stemming from her sincere interest, knowledge and experience in the industry. In the past decade, she invested in both residential and commercial markets, and participated in a multi unit condo conversion deal.
