Biography MARTY BUTLER, a resident of La Quinta for over 30 years, and has enjoyed a varied real estate career. Besides her involvement in new home real estate development and sales for 18 years, Marty has been a Board member for the Desert Building Association, and worked as a Project Director for several substantial builders/developers. She worked with Trans West Housing's developments in Griffin Ranch,Hidden Canyon, Renaissance,Montelena, Stone Gate and Mountain View at Indian Wells. Her real estate career has spanned from Palm Springs to Indio, in the development of over 3,000 homes in the Coachella Valley. A graduate of UCLA with a dual major in history and economics, Marty also received a secondary teaching credential from USC.
