About Jim

Jim was born and raised near the beach in Southern California, he loved the beach and thought he would never leave until he discovered the lifestyle here in La Quinta. Jim moved to PGA West six years ago. He loves the lifestyle here. He is enthusiastic about sharing all that the valley has to offer to anyone who may be considering relocating. Jim spent many years in sales. He was involved in selling mortgages for several years. This knowledge of the mortgage industry is very useful when working with buyers. Jim and his wife Cindy owned an adoption service, A Loving Alternative Adoptions. Jim's role was to guide families through the adoption process. This experience in dealing with people, during one of the most emotional times of their life, will translate well when dealing with the emotions of buying or selling a home.
