About Cindy

Cindy spent her corporate career creating customer service programs for large companies such as Mattel Toys and LA Gear where she served as Vice president of Customer Service. After leaving LA Gear, Cindy and her husband Jim started A Loving Alternative Adoption Facilitation Service. Over the years she helped more than 800 couples become families through adoption. Her corporate customer service experience coupled with the unique experience of leading clients through the emotional journey of adopting makes her an outstanding support person for anyone hoping to buy or sell a home in the Coachella Valley. Cindy and her husband moved to La Quinta after living in San Clemente for many years. Cindy loves all that the Desert has to offer, golf, tennis and pickleball. She loves the lifestyle here and she looks forward to guiding you through the emotional process of purchasing or selling a home with the same care and compassion she has provided her customers and clients throughout her career.
