With over 27 years in real estate, Argie has built a reputation for excellence, integrity, and unwavering dedication. Her career spans countless successful transactions—from traditional sales to REOs and short sales—where she’s expertly negotiated for banks and guided families through complex processes with confidence and care. Her expertise also includes lending: as a licensed loan officer for five years, she specialized in reverse mortgages, creating tailored solutions for senior homeowners. Fluent in Spanish, Argie has proudly served the Spanish-speaking community, helping countless families achieve the dream of homeownership. Beyond real estate, Argie is a committed community leader. She served as President of the Orange North Rotary Club (2014–2015), volunteered with Meals on Wheels through the Orange Senior Center, and has long been an Ambassador for the Orange Chamber of Commerce. In recent years, Argie embraced leadership roles—first as Assistant Manager at Coldwell Banker in the desert, supporting hundreds of agents, and most recently as Branch Manager for Equity Union, overseeing Coachella Valley offices in Palm Springs, Palm Desert, La Quinta, and Rancho Mirage. There, she led teams, strengthened operations, and drove growth across the region. Now, Argie returns to her true passion: working directly with buyers and sellers.
