Well first, experience really counts in this industry! If you run into a firestorm of problems you need someone who has the skills, patience and resources to handle it. I often say real estate is problem/solution. The odds are we will have some hurdles to overcome in the course of the transaction so here is where my 25 years experience comes into play. First stay calm and play nice, don't burn your bridges and let emotions get the best of the situation! Second, I know the contracts, let's use them to your advantage. Third, service doesn't stop when escrow closes. I have contractors that I work with regularly so I know their work and I trust them. Most importantly, I am so confident in my service that I give you the right to fire me if you are not happy anytime prior to entering escrow.
