About Lita

Lita Collins began working as a full time Realtor in 2010. Throughout her career she has seen the Marin County market through its highest highs and lowest lows. She is experienced, level headed, possesses a solution based attitude, is highly motivated and strives to make the transition of buying or selling a home as seamless as possible. Lita has consistently been awarded as a top producer from 2015 through present, and was the sole recipient of the Rising Star Award in 2015 from the Marin Association of Realtors for her "leadership, fresh ideas, new insights, perspectives and a wonderful can-do attitude." She has served a three year term on the Board of Directors at the Marin Association of Realtors from 2016 through 2018. Lita and her business partner Susan Flandermeyer create a high-energy, professional and well respected team. Serving all of Marin County, they specialize in making their clients feel supported and educated in the process of buying or selling a home. With a combined 24 years of experience, their local market knowledge and relationships are unmatched. They bring a diverse set of skills and experience to their business and approach every transaction with integrity and commitment. Lita grew up in Marin County and has lived in Ross, Corte Madera and Mill Valley, and she currently resides in the Sleepy Hollow neighborhood of San Anselmo.
