MEET LITA & SUSAN As full time Realtors, Lita and Susan bring together diverse backgrounds that include; design, entitlement, construction, commercial real estate, landscape architecture and sales. With a combined 24 years of residential real estate sales in Marin County, their local market knowledge and relationships are unmatched. The dynamic nature of the real estate market requires a professional with integrity, confidence, and determination, all characteristics that mark Lita and Susan's personalities as well as their professional ambitions. Lita was born and raised in Marin County and has lived in Ross, Mill Valley, San Anselmo, Corte Madera and currently calls Sleepy Hollow home. She is the sole recipient of the "Next Generation Award" from the Marin Association of Realtors in 2015 and served a 3 year term on the board of directors of the Marin Association of Realtors. Susan is a Bay Area native, having been raised in the East Bay and moved to San Anselmo to raise her family over a decade ago. Her experience in the world of real estate development from 2004 to 2009 has provided an excellent foundation in real estate finance, contract negotiation and transaction management, all invaluable skills in real estate sales. Both Lita and Susan are top producers, consistently receiving Coldwell Banker Production Awards for their sales volume as well as achieving membership in Top Agent Network (a networking group for agents who are in the top 10% of Marin County Realtors). In order to better serve their clients, Lita and Susan both participate in a number of networking groups and activities that include Marin Bus Tour, All Marin Buy Sell, Coldwell Banker Buy Sell and Marin Realtor's Facebook Group. The community focused nature of real estate sales has allowed Lita and Susan to participate in and support their local communities. They do so through hands-on volunteer work as well as financial support to a number of local community organizations with a special focus on support for schools.
