With over Two Decades of Real Estate experience, after listing and closing “Millions of Dollars in Real Estate sales” My Experience is second to None. My name is Mike Villella, CDPE, SFR, Realtor. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, my family and I relocated to Burbank in the San Fernando Valley in 1985, then to my current home in Shadow Hills where I’ve resided for 20 years. I’ve worked as a general contractor on various projects throughout the city: purchasing, rehabilitating and re-selling homes after the Northridge earthquake. That is what catapulted me into Real Estate Sales. As a Realtor, I continued to grow in all types of markets. I survived the Great Recession and pulled through the financial crisis of 2009 due to the fact that I was doing foreclosure sales, short sales, and networked with investors. My vast knowledge of the LOS ANGELES BASIN, FROM THE PACIFIC OCEAN TO ORANGE COUNTY, is considerable and quickly turned me into a successful veteran of the industry.
