I bring over 30 years of experience in the Real Estate and Construction Industry. During my college years, I was working for a contractor and learned the various trades involved and then, in 1990, I decided to get my real estate license. As a Realtor, I really enjoyed working closely with homeowners and contractors. Besides being a listing agent, selling Residential and Commercial properties, my main focus was finding fixer upper homes for my clients/investors and guiding them thru the construction process, well after the close of escrow. My real strengths have always been in developing relationships with my clients, helping them achieve their goals, providing real solutions and building confidence. The areas I primarily focus on are: Burbank, Glendale, Tujunga, Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Toluca Lake, North Hollywood, Valley Village and the surrounding areas. As a Listing Agent, I specialize in finding well qualified buyers for your home. And as a Buyers Agent, I focus on finding the dream home for you and your family. I’m also an expert when it comes to income producing properties and properties that need renovations, additions and ADU's for owners and investors. I’m a skilled negotiator who believes in building long term relationships and I look forward to the opportunity of working with you.
