Born and raised in Southern California, Traci brings a lifetime of real estate experience to her clients with a career spanning real estate sales, mortgage finance, and title insurance. Licensed as a real estate professional in 1999, her deep knowledge of property research, investment strategies, compliance, and negotiation ensures that every transaction is handled with expertise and integrity. Traci is a recipient of the North San Diego County Association of Realtors Award of Excellence and has served as a Director for the California Association of Realtors, advocating for homeowners' rights. She has also held leadership roles in homeowner associations and actively supports her community through the Pride of Vista Lions Club, providing free vision care and other services. Traci’s love of the diverse landscapes of California stem from her adventurous upbringing in a family that enjoys camping, hiking, off-roading, road trips, and exploring.
