About Jay

I was born and raised in India and moved to the U.S. in the early 2000s. In 2020 I made my way to San Diego (perfect timing right?). In addition to real estate, I have an extensive background in providing superior customer service, due to serving clients in the restaurant industry, security operations management, and holding positions in civil service. I possess an exceptional ability to listen to what my customers want. This coupled with my problem-solving skills and strong adherence to ethics allows me to deliver the best results working with real estate clients. I understand cultural needs and wants and take those into account to meet the needs of my clients. I attended Regent's University in London, UK, with a degree in Business Management. This has provided me with the capabilities to calculate, determine, and negotiate on my client's behalf. I can confidently lead my clients to the best deals and market opportunities that meet their needs. I entered the Real Estate Industry to carry on my family legacy in Real Estate and to help people live out their dreams – whether that be helping families find the perfect home for their needs or aiding in the success of their businesses. I enjoy working with people from all backgrounds and cultures and learning from their unique perspectives and experiences. Currently, I am married and live in San Diego, CA. I enjoy spending time with my family, serving my community, playing golf, cooking, and traveling.
