About James

James Colburn is a tenacious real estate professional serving both San Diego and Orange County. With over 25 years of real estate experience both as a top producing real estate practitioner as well as corporate real estate executive licensed in both Washington and California, James brings his passion and business acumen to Coldwell Banker Realty. James grew up in Southern California, and graduated his undergraduate education at the University of Oregon. James completed his masters in Psychology at Northwest University in Kirkland, WA. After years of leading a top producing real estate team in the Pacific Northwest, James returned to Southern California to manage and lead all Pacific Sotheby's International Realty offices in the San Diego region. James' passion for working direct with buyers and sellers brought James back to full-time real estate sales and joining Coldwell Banker Realty. James has 3 children, Eliot, Lucas, and Maddy and lives in the Del Mar area of San Diego. In 2016 James wrote the book Resucceed, available in paperback, kindle and audible on Amazon.
