John has been a licensed real estate agent since 1951. He started in commercial real estate with John Burnham for 4 years, followed by 6 more years of commercial experience with a Prudential Affiliate in both Glendale and Pasadena, CA. John has 23 years' experience in residential resales, including 16 years in residential financing. John obtained his Broker's license in 1985, and owned his own Brokerage firms both in Glendale and Carlsbad, CA. He brings multi-year experience in assisting investors, first time buyers, and move-up buyers. A resident of Carlsbad since 1989, John is well versed in all aspects in both North County Coastal and Inland real estate. When he isn't handling his business, you can find him on the tennis court. He is very involved with the equestrian and horse racing establishment.
