About Sandra

Director of Risk Management, Southern California Company Sandra has been active in real estate for over 40 years and has managed some of the most successful Coldwell Banker real estate offices from Los Angeles to South Orange County. Sandra is a successful realtor and businesswoman known for her exceptional management style. Sandra began her career on the Westside of LA and garnered admiration for her strong leadership abilities. In 1979 she became Associate Manager and Branch Manager in 1982. During that tenure, she was Manager of the Year twice and 1991 Realtor of the Year. In 2000 she was appoint Broker of Record for the Southern California company. In 2020, after semi-retiring, she became Director of Risk Management. Sandra has served on numerous Board of Directors, including CRMLS and OCR. She has worked closely with C.A.R. for many years, serving on several Committees, including Standard Forms, and several tasks forces, including working the the RPA for many years Real estate agents affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty are independent contractor sales associates and are not employees of Coldwell Banker.
