A San Clemente local and California native, Jeremy Schultheiss is here to serve your Real Estate needs. Since 2019 Jeremy has had an unparalleled ascent from Rookie agent to top producer, consistently ranking in the top 1% of agents in Orange County each year from 2020-2024 - achieving over 25m in annual sales volume in 2024. Jeremy's background is in non-profit leadership, having studied at Point Loma Nazarene University and spent a decade-long career working in upper leadership for multiple organizations, including one of the largest faith-based nonprofits in all of Orange County. Jeremy and his wife Elyssa reside in Southwest San Clemente and are excited to be raising their family near T-Street, making the most of the lifestyle that is on offer here in South Orange County.
