About Devon

Not only is South Orange County native and real estate specialist Devon Allen passionate about helping her clients find their dream homes, but she also shares Coldwell Banker's commitment to service. Born in Newport Beach, Devon has also lived in Irvine, Laguna Niguel, and San Clemente. This has given her an insider’s perspective on the many neighborhoods of Orange County, including the various school districts, so she is able to offer her buyers and sellers unique insight and recommendations. Devon is deeply rooted in the local community; before launching her real estate career, she worked as a teacher in the Capistrano Unified School District. Moreover, her husband, Cliff Allen, and his two brothers owned Allen Cadillac, GMC, Hyundai, and Genesis in Laguna Niguel, a third generation business that started in Laguna Beach in 1947 and has been servicing Orange County residents ever since. Always looking for ways to give back, Devon contributes her time volunteering for various philanthropic events throughout South Orange County including beach and harbor clean-ups and bi-annual supply drives for our local military families at Camp Pendleton Marine Corps Base. Along with her Coldwell Banker Global Luxury certification, Devon recently has been honored the Southern California Sterling Society Award for Coldwell Banker Realty as well as named one of the 2023 Orange County Real Estate All-Stars by Orange Coast Magazine.
