About Chris

Backed by the tremendous resources and support Chris and Kathy Zoch welcome the opportunity to assist you in reaching all of your real estate goals. Both Chris and Kathy grew up in the Dana Point/San Juan Capistrano area and attended the same high school. As active members of the community throughout their lives, they possess an intimate familiarity with all aspects of life in the area that serves their clients well, from schools, neighborhoods, and community activities to the most current trends in the marketplace. Chris and Kathy are dedicated to giving back to the local community. Between the two of them they enjoy volunteering with various charity organizations while mentoring pre-marital couples through their church. Kathy, a licensed Broker, earned her Associate of Arts degree in business management from Saddleback College. She has also achieved the nationally-recognized Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) certification, deemed by industry leaders to be the most comprehensive and advanced training program available. Chris, a veteran of the USAF, graduated with honors from Biola University with a degree in business and brings to his career a strong background in sales and marketing. He also earned a degree in graphic design from Wolden Multimedia Institute, giving him a definite edge in designing the most effective advertising materials for the benefit of their clientele.
