Britt Cottrill began her real estate career in 2004 after relocating to San Clemente, bringing with her a deep-rooted knowledge of Orange County, where she has lived since 1992. Her understanding of the local market is backed by decades of experience and a strong foundation in business—she holds a BA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Arizona. Before entering real estate, Britt launched her career in New York City with Glamour Magazine in publishing and advertising sales. She then spent over ten years with Elizabeth Arden, serving as a Territory Manager across New York, Los Angeles, and Orange County. Her background in sales, marketing, and finance has proven invaluable in real estate, equipping her with the strategic insight and negotiation skills essential for success. Known for her work ethic, clear communication, and meticulous follow-through, Britt provides exceptional service to a wide range of clients—from first-time buyers to luxury estate owners. Since 2004, she has successfully represented hundreds of buyers and sellers in both sales and leases. Britt resides in San Clemente with her husband, Bobby. She is a proud mother of two daughters: Kendall, a nurse based in Chicago, and Avery, a manager at Nordstrom in Orange County.
