About Samantha

Samantha Barretto has been in the real estate industry since 2012. Shortly after graduating college at Arizona State University, with a bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, she started her real estate career flipping houses purchasing non-performing notes from the banks. She successfully flipped over 50 homes with a group of investors in Las Vegas and moved to Los Angeles in 2013 where she became a full-time luxury realtor. With her mentor she has sold over $100 million in real estate transactions working with high profile clientele including entertainers, professional athletes, and Forbes 500 CEOs. Samantha specializes in Residential, Multi-family, and Luxury Development. She prides herself in understanding multiple markets throughout Southern California, being a great negotiator, and an honest, hard-working real estate agent who does everything in her power to ensure her client's success. Samantha is well respected throughout her community not only as a trusted realtor but also as an active philanthropist. She serves on the board of The Leela Project, a non-profit organization that focuses on literacy training, mentorship, and academic counseling for underrepresented youth from underserved communities throughout California. Samantha is available for her clients 7 days a week.
