About Bret

Originally from Portland, Bret moved to Los Angeles in 2000 and immediately fell in love with the city. He quickly developed an interest in L.A. real estate and was eager to capitalize on the opportunities he saw. His early success in the entertainment industry provided a platform to begin investing in residential properties from West Hollywood to Sherman Oaks. He draws upon his own experience in advising clients. Bret offers broad market knowledge, 24/7 availability and complete transparency to his clients. Those same traits brought Bret to Coldwell Banker Calabasas, whose loyal clientele will attest to Bret's integrity, tenacity and result-driven approach. When Bret is not servicing clients, he enjoys traveling, cheering on the Blazers and spending time with his wife, Lauren, and their kids; Wyatt, Ella and new baby Finn.
