After college, for the next 23 years, Steve owned & operated Fator's Appliances. Steve's career move to real estate was a natural. He joined Prudential, and in 1996, his production placed him in the top 2% of all Prudential associates. From 1997-2001, Steve's volume placed him in the top 1% of all Coldwell Banker Agents. He then achieved "President Elite" status. In 2002, Steve's gross commission, in excess of $1 million, earned the "Society of Excellence" award, the firms highest accolade. In addition from 1997-2002, he was in the firms Top 100 Agents. As a full time Real Estate Professional, Steve is totally committed to "doing the right thing."
