I have been specializing in the marketing of real estate and lender-owned properties in the Los Angeles County area for over 17 years. I am an ambitious, dedicated professional and results-driven real estate professional and REO agent with a proven track record in property management, valuation, market-placement, and sales negotiations. I have provided invaluable representation to my clients, including some of the Nation's major lending institutions. Since 2009 I have successfully closed escrow on over 150 properties with a total value in excess of $35,000,000. In the last two years alone I have provided my expert opinion of value on over 2000 properties in the Greater Los Angeles area, from Beverly Hills to Malibu to Redondo Beach to Compton and to Inglewood, ranging in value from $100,000 to $8,000,000, providing lenders nationwide with up to date and accurate values on their assets. In the process I have accumulated considerable experience and knowledge, and I have developed a deep understanding of Los Angeles and its many neighborhoods and all the factors influencing values within those neighborhoods.
