Ballroom dancing has become a favorite hobby of Herbert’s and is president of USA Dance Los Angeles Country Chapter #4031, a 501.c.3, dedicated to promoting the quality and quantity of dance in the local community. As member of the Rotary Club of Los Angeles (LA5), he is chairman of the Myanmar Water Management Systems Project celebrating its 19th year of operation which has been erecting water systems in the underserved villages of Myanmar.
