ABOUT ADAM Adam Asherson listens first when determining his clients needs. As a professional negotiator for over 17 years in both the entertainment industry and luxury car market in Beverly Hills, Adam brings advanced negotiating tactics with patience and consideration to his real estate clients. Buyers and sellers always want the best price, but the first step is considering their needs and developing a best practices strategy before moving forward. Adam knows buyers are concerned with location, location and negotiation and sellers are concerned with positioning, pricing and negotiation. Adam moved to Los Angeles from Cape Town, South Africa at the age of four and has since resided in Brentwood, Bel Air, West Hollywood, Westwood and Beverly Hills. Adam's appreciation for Los Angeles comes from experiencing the city first hand from the wildly diverse beach communities to the idyllic mountains and urban settings in between. Growing up in Los Angeles gives a distinct advantage to a Realtor because Los Angeles is a very complicated city. There are micro communities within every zip code and each neighborhood is its own village.Buyers and sellers alike are drawn to Adam's clear communication, positive energy and transparent approach to the process. There are always challenges in a transaction and Adam prides himself on making the process as easy as possible for his clients. Adam lives in Beverly Hills with is wife Suzanne and baby son.
