About Wiebke

Wiebke (pronounced “Veepka”) moved with her family from Germany to the Unites States in 2000. She joined the greater Sedona Coldwell Banker Realty Team in the summer of 2023. Wiebke brings over 20 years of professional experience in finance and real estate; among others in institutional direct & indirect international real estate transactions and capital raising for real estate funds. She has accumulated a deep understanding of institutional & individual investor needs and collaborates well among interested parties. With her European background, she always saw herself as a ‘bridge builder’ in professional and societal/cultural settings. Since 2004, Wiebke has been active in the residential real estate market for personal use and investment purposes. In 2021, Wiebke moved with her dog JOY to Sedona, AZ and has since acquired three properties. A personal residence that she is renovating (a fixer-upper), a long-term rental townhouse (via 1031 exchange) and a condo that she self-manages as a short-term rental property. Wiebke has a sharp analytical mind, strong attention to detail and approaches her responsibilities with dedication and high integrity. She loves interacting with people, is an attentive listener and committed to providing excellent support in navigating the intricacies of the real estate transaction process. Her goal is to help find the dream home for buyers and to help sellers achieve the most financial gain. Having been a very hands-on buyer and seller in her own transactions, she is keenly aware of the often-difficult decision process that buyers and sellers go through and is committed to being a trusted advocate and dedicated negotiator for her clients. Wiebke’s love for the high desert and red rocks dates to her time in Albuquerque during her master’s in chemistry. Since then, she and her family spent many summer vacations road-tripping through the Southwest, admiring the incredible landscape, ‘chasing’ the most stunning sunsets and reminiscing about the Wild West. Sedona and the Village of Oak Creek (VOC) captured her with their beauty in 2010; it was love at first sight. Grateful to now be living and working in this magnificent scenery. Wiebke enjoys an active lifestyle. You can find her hiking and running the trails with JOY, at the tennis courts, the gym or teaching an online yoga class. Wiebke was educated in the United States, Germany and France. She has a MS in Chemistry (Germany), an MBA in Finance (United States), holds an Arizona real estate license, FINRA licenses 7 & 63 and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).
