About Susan

My name is Susan Ensign and I've recently joined the Sedona, AZ office of Coldwell Banker. I am very excited to work with and learn from this top-selling real estate company. This is my first year in real estate. I've been licensed since March 13th. I was born and raised in Tempe, AZ. I now call the Verde Valley area my home. I live with my partner of 14 years. He and I have recently helped my mother find many licensed contractors to repair her 70-year-old home in Tempe. I have also been a licensed educator for 9 years, teaching middle and high school science. Most recently, I taught high school geometry and algebra for the Scottsdale Unified School District. The experiences of helping my mother with her historic house and supporting families as they raise their children helped me realize how community is important in creating a home. This need to support others as they create a home drew me to real estate. I am especially grateful to join Coldwell Banker as they have a strong reputation for ethical business practices and supply the tools, technology, education, and support that a new agent needs to succeed. This is what has drawn me to this real estate company. My educational background varies. I have a Bachelor's in Latin American Studies from UC Berkeley. I have an Associate's from Sacramento City College in HVAC technology. I have a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in secondary science from UNLV. I am a lifelong learner and I look forward to learning and growing with Coldwell Banker. I use the skills of building strong connections with families and fostering a positive, supportive environment in real estate.
