Alec Chapman is a licensed Realtor at Coldwell Banker in Sedona. Originally from Naples, Florida, he has been living in Sedona since 2008 and selling real estate since early 2019. He teamed up with his mother Cindy Chapman who is a local top 20 agent in the Sedona area to provide his clients with the best service and advice on their properties. Alec specializes in investment properties such as Airbnb's, VRBO's and long-term rental properties due to his experience from working with commercial real estate specifically in income-producing multifamily properties. He is a graduate of the WP Carey School of Business and holds a degree in Business Entrepreneurship and Real Estate which gives his clients the edge on marketing their homes. In his free time, he enjoys hiking and spending time in the outdoors of Sedona.
