He holds a Broker’s License in both Arizona and California and has 30+ years’ full time experience representing clients in the purchase, sale and leasing of their real estate assets. As a Coldwell Banker Associate Broker Tom represents clients throughout Arizona in both commercial and luxury residential properties, representing high net worth individuals, corporate executives and entities, sports and entertainment celebrities, entrepreneurs and international clients. Tom believes in being client-centric by always putting his clients’ interests first and listening to and understanding their requirements, then crafting a strategy to achieve those objectives. Tom received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University with subsequent graduate studies at the University of Southern California. Immediately after college he served 4 years as an officer in the United States Air Force. He is an experienced corporate executive, entrepreneur and author in addition to his 30+ years as a real estate expert. Traveling, hiking and running triathlons are his leisure interests. He resides locally with his wife Loretta and their two standard poodles, Monet and Navarre.
