About Nancy

My name is Nancy Herman and I am a licensed, full-time residential real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s North Scottsdale office in beautiful Scottsdale, Arizona. I have always been interested in real estate and architecture because my father was a registered architect and home builder. I was a buyer before I was a REALTOR®. My REALTOR® was eager to sell a home to me but did not seem particularly interested in listening to what I wanted. Of course, that had an impact on me. My mission is to professionally serve my clients’ best interests when purchasing their ideal property or selling their existing one. As a REALTOR® for the past 30+ years, I know it is important to do several things when working with buyers and sellers: listen, listen and listen! Equally important is guiding my sellers and buyers toward the best approach when pricing their house or making an offer on a home. As a Valley resident since 1979, I can provide sources of information to my clients such as schools, police statistics, entertainment, restaurants, and/or shopping.
